Shipping Costs Made Simple
- Orders under £50: A flat rate of £9.50 for both UK and international delivery.
- Orders £50 and over: Enjoy free standard shipping to any address worldwide.
When to Expect Your Order
All delivery times are in business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays:
- For orders under £50: Delivery usually takes 2–17 business days.
- For orders £50 and over (free shipping): Delivery usually takes 3–25 business days.
International orders may be delayed by customs processing, which is out of our control.
How We Protect Your Records
We treat every vinyl like it’s our own. Each record is packed in a sturdy, rigid mailer with an anti-static inner sleeve and a cardboard insert to stop bending, scratching, or seam damage. Your collection will arrive in the same condition it left our Manchester warehouse.
Customs for International Orders
If you’re outside the UK, your order might be subject to local import taxes or duties. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are your responsibility. We can’t adjust the value of your package to avoid these fees, nor can we mark items as gifts.
